2.2 Detailed Functions
- Real-time location tracking
When you hover over an entry in the list on the right, the BH01 icon closest to the corresponding beacon will be highlighted in green and the name of the beacon will be displayed for easy identification
Beacon Information Access
Just click on any of the listed beacon names to instantly access detailed information about that particular beacon.
- Temperature and humidity monitoring
The BH01 device is equipped with advanced temperature and humidity sensors. You can monitor real-time environmental conditions and provide current temperature and humidity readings at any time for you to review.
3. How to build an indoor positioning solution

The network consists of endpoints, beacons, and gateways that work together to monitor environmental data in real-time.
3.2 Get an Account
Please contact your local representative to register a customer account on ThingsEye.io.
3.3 Obtaining the Device
Please contact your local representative to purchase the necessary equipment for your Indoor PositioningSolution. These devices include:
- BH01: Used for beacon and sensor scanning.
- Beacons: Used for positioning
- Gateway: Used for data transmission.
Ensure that all devices are pre-registered on ThingsEye.io before use.
3.3 Connect the gateway
- Connect the gateway to the router using an Ethernet cable.
- Power on the gateway and allow it to get an IP address from the router. Make sure the gateway has a stable internet connection.
3.5 Connected Devices
After connecting the gateway, scan the BH01 QR code to register the device to the server. Once registration is complete, all registered nodes (BH01) are automatically connected to the network. You can verify their status on the platform.
3.6 Verify the Dashboard
Log in to the ThingsEye.io dashboard to confirm that all devices are online and transferring data correctly
3.7 Updating the Floor Plan
Upload your floor plan and place the BH01 on it. When you hover over the beacon, it will be highlighted in the chart. The BH01 closest to the beacon will be shown in green on the chart.
3.8 Install Devices.
Place the scanning device in an open location.

3.9 Use of Tablet
For added convenience, you can use a tablet to access the ThingsEye.io platform. This allows for real-time monitoring and management of your Indoor Positioning solution on the go.
